The Kind Of Routine We Want To See.

The Soviet gymnast Natalia Kalinina performed a floor routine during the all- around competition of the Goodwill games in 1990, She danced according to the music's rhythm, she did difficult tumbling passes, stuck her landing and had a perfect execution. She truly deserved the perfect 10. She performed the kind of routine that we are all MISSING nowadays.
If this wasn't the best and most beautiful floor routine in the entire gymnastics history, then it will be at least one of the top 5.
She earned gold in the all-around. She also won two extra gold medals on floor exercise and balance beam, and two silver medals on uneven bars and vault.
Kalinina was a member of the last Soviet team who won World gold, in 1991. She as well was a European champion on bars and European all around and balance beam silver medalist, in 1990.
She retired in 1995 after her participation at the University games. Kalinina migrated with her husband to the USA where she works as a coach..
