Western fear of Islamic Faith

“No Salvation outside of the Church (extra ecclesiam nulla salus)” – Greek Father Saint Cyprian (d.258)
“There is no compulsion in faith (la ikraha fi-d-din),” – Holy Qur’an.
“History make it clear, however, that the legend of fanatical Muslims sweeping through the world and forcing Islam at the point of sword upon conquered races is one of the most fantastically absurd myths that historians have ever repeated,” – De Lacy O’Leary in ‘Islam at the Crossroads’ 1923.
The fast spread of Islam during the last ten years of the Prophet’s (pbuh) life (over 200,000 followers as compared to Moses’ few thousands and Jesus’ 72 followers at the time of their death) – and Muslims becoming the rulers of the world’s second largest empire within 100 years after the death of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) – has always puzzled the non-Muslim historians. The fact of the matter is that the message of Islam reached to more lands through the traders than the soldiers. Surprisingly, the message spread by traders was everlasting (China, Sri Lanka, Burma, Malay Islands, Indonesia, Thialand, etc.) than the message which reached through conquests (Greece, Spain, Sicily, Hindustan, Coatia, etc.). Military logic proves that 20,000 or 30,000 ill-equipped Muslim soldiers only driven by their religious fervor would have destroyed two world powers of 8th century – Byzantine and Persia – without the help of local population, which was waiting for a savior to rescue it from crushing barbaric rule of Church and Kings. The three reasons for which people in Christian world prefered Muslims over their fellow Christian rulers, were:
1. Muslims’ religious tolerance
2. Muslims’ justice, their fair taxation, and administrative system – all guided by Islamic Shari’ah.
3. The Islamic concept of the Creator (Allah), which was more ascceptable to Aryans and Nestorian Christians than equatting of Jesus and God, a dogma which was inserted into Christ’s biography during the Council of Nicaea in 325 CE.
It was Islamic message of pluralism – instead of the Christianity’s record of forcing religion through the throats of its conquered-people (forceful conversion of tens of millions of Americana Natives, entire Germanic tribes, millions of African slaves, and Catholic Inquisition of Spain victimizing both Muslims and Jews) – which attracted non-Muslims, then and now, towards Islamic Faith.
The Judeo-Christian world in Rome and Constantinpole could not bear the peaceful spread of the new faith. They fabricated, then and now, many myths to create ‘Islamophobism’ – such as – “Islam has been spread by fire and sword.” Was not it the Judeo-Christian barbarians, who used to cook the captured Muslims alive on fire or even burnt down the grand library of Alexandria in the past and the main library in Baghdad in the early days of western occupation of Iraq?
Western hatred of Islam is not based on its Universal message of brotherhood among the followers of Abrahamic religions – but Ottomon conquest of Judeo-Christian West beyond Vienna. During that time Turks were feared so much that even today, many Christian mothers in Balkan countries scare their kids by saying: “Turks are coming. Turks are coming.” Turks, being Muslims, symbolized Islamic threat among European – so much so that David Friedrich Megerlin called his translation of Holy Qur’an “The Turkish Bible”, published in 1772. This was the translation which influenced the German poet Goethe for his anti-Islam rherotics.
Since the first Crusade, the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) has been target of western bigots and religious fanaticts. Some of the recent western blaspheme are Salman Rushde’s ‘Satanic Verses’ and Danish Cartoons. These Judeo-Christian bigots know very well that no follower of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) would insult their Biblical prophets – because they all are loved by Muslims as prophets of Islam. Holy Qur’an (3:67) says: “Abraham was neither a Yahud or Nasara; but he was true in faith and submitting to Allah (a Muslim), and he joined none in worship (with Allah).”
Western fear of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and Islam is not a new phenomenun. It has been there for many centuries. However, it’s been raised to its current high-levels since WW II - for the benefit of western new colonial project within heartland of Muslim world, Palestine. As Israeli professor, Benjamin Beit-Hallahmi, proved in his book The Israeli Connection that one will see Israeli hands behind most of troubles in the Muslim world.
Muslim created world\’s greatest civilization at the time when the western world was living in its Dark Age.
