It's scary that one day we're going to have to live without out mother or father or brother or husband or wife. 

Or that one day we're going to have to walk this earth without our best friend by our side, or them without us. 

Appreciate your loved ones while you can, because non of us are going to be here forever.

Strong doesn't mean

you keep everything to yourself
and pretend to be okay

you can cry 
you can break
you can let someone know
and you can mess up
all that matters is that no matter
