Military Draft System to be Tested
The agency is not gearing up for a draft, an agency official said
Thursday. The test itself would not likely occur until 2009.

If they start a draft, then everyone should be eligible. Grab these
neocon hatchlings and stick them at the front of the line. Farm boys
from Minnesota, blacks from Chicago, or Hispanics from Los Angeles.
